Is Embark available in my area?
We deliver throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, including:
Merewether, The Junction, Cooks Hill, Hamilton, Broadmeadow, Adamstown, Kotara, New Lambton, Lambton, Wallsend, Jesmond, Mayfield, Stockton, Charlestown, Kahibah, Dudley, Redhead, Belmont, Warners Bay, Eleebana, Speers Point, Valentine, Cardiff, Mount Hutton and surrounding suburbs.
How often do you deliver?
Most deliveries are made on a fortnightly schedule. Your meals arrive frozen and can be stored in your freezer for up to three months until needed.
Is the food fresh or frozen?
Your dog's meals are individually made in small batches and then frozen to preserve nutrients and freshness without the need for preservatives.
Is Embark Complete and Balanced?
Our recipes are formulated to provide nutritional diversity using real, whole food ingredients. Rather than relying on synthetic premixes, we focus on carefully electing ingredients and rotating these weekly, so that the ingredients work together to provide a balance over time.
What ingredients do you use?
We use human-grade meat, organs, vegetables and natural whole-food supplements. Meat products that make up the muscle meat, secreting organ meat, non-secreting organ meats and raw meaty bones include: beef, chicken, turkey, pork, kangaroo, venison, wild boar, buffalo, camel, rabbit, salmon, sardine. Eggs are used in the rotation fortnightly. Vegetable product included are: pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, beetroot, zucchini, kale, cauliflower, broccoli, apple, pear, blueberries. Additional ingredients we use for micronutrient values include: kelp meal, sunflower seeds, green lipped mussels.
What meat ingredients are in the recipes?

Can you cater for allergies or sensitivities?
Yes. We regularly work with dogs that have food sensitivities, digestive issues or ingredient exclusions. You can add up to three ingredients to exclude during checkout. If you need additional support - please contact us at hello@embarkdog.co to discuss requirements prior to placing your order.
We are able to source additional ingredients to assist in making meals suitable to your dog. Single proteins such as goat or crocodile can be discussed directly with us.
