To ensure your dog gets the variety they deserve, each week we prepare a new, small-batch formula built around fresh, human-grade ingredients which makes up our subscription meals.

Each recipe contains muscle meat proteins, secreting and non-secreting organ meats, real raw meaty bones, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit and seeds - all hand cut and chunky with quality you can see.

FAQ

Can I customise the ingredients in my order?

Yes, absolutely.
All the meals we make are created in small batches which allows us to exclude ingredients on request due to allergies, intolerances, sensitivities or preferences.

Can I set up a subscription so I don't miss a cut off?

Yes.

All our meal options come with the option to setup a recurring fortnightly subscription to ensure your dog's meals get conveniently delivered each fortnight.

We are all for adding convenience.

Can I return the containers my dog's meals come in for you to reuse?

We are conscious of our impact on the earth and have chosen our containers due to their ability to be recycled by customers in their yellow kerbside collection bins.

At this stage, we are unable to collect your used containers for reuse, however, if you wish to return your insulator liner and cardboard box for reuse, we can collect these on your next delivery

Additionally, if you would prefer your deliveries come in reusable insulator bags, please let us know and we can arrange this.

I'm going on holidays, can I pause my subscription?

Yes.

It's really easy for us to pause or skip order windows for you - so please feel free to reach out to us directly via our mobile or email hello@embarkdog.co

What is the cut off date for the upcoming delivery?

As of February 2026, we are delivering to NSW on a Monday fortnightly and QLD on a Thursday monthly.

The cutoff for new orders or changes to the upcoming delivery are Sunday the week prior to delivery (7 days notice).

If you have a last minute request, please reach out and we will see if it is possible to meet this for you.

I placed a one-time order and my dog loved it - how do I subscribe?

There are two ways:

1) You can select your dog's size and enter your details and select subscription at checkout.

2) Reach out to let us know and we will generate a quick checkout link with your order pre-set and ready to check out with a subscription set up.
